Arborist Jim Landry gave a presentation to the students on the history of the Vimy Oak Trees on how they came to be in Canada and how they were repatriated back to Vimy. The Royal Canadian Legion Peninsula Branch 62 and Ladies Auxiliary members were invited to attend along with peninsula residents who had a family member that participated in the Battle of Vimy Ridge.
