Legion awards Life Memberships

Peninsula Branch 62 awarded Life Memberships to Mae and Bill White for their many decades of continuous dedicated service to the Branch.

In times where voluntarism and community participation is low, an organization such as the Legion is always grateful for all the work, efforts and time given by it's members. Bill and Mae have done much more than that. They have given outstanding continuous service to the Legion and are two of the very few members at the branch who are always present, always available and always giving of their time before, during and after events take place.

The Life Memberships were formally presented by Peninsula Branch 62 President Joe Stack on November 11th at the Remembrance Dinner.
